ValeGuard Hygiene Services Ltd is committed to handling enquiry information responsibly. This page explains the information we may use when you contact us through this website, by email, or through Ask ValeGuard.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request or email us, you may provide your name, organisation, contact details, premises location, service requirements and other information needed to respond to your enquiry. If you use Ask ValeGuard, your messages or speech and basic connection details are processed to provide an AI response. Please do not include patient information, medical records, payment card details or passwords.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss a possible service, prepare a quotation where requested, and manage any resulting business relationship. We do not sell personal information. Ask ValeGuard is an AI service and does not confirm bookings, prices or a human callback.

Website quote requests

Quote requests are delivered to ValeGuard’s business inbox through a specialist form-delivery service. That service processes the details to route your request. We ask only for information needed to assess and respond to your enquiry.

AI chat and browser voice

Ask ValeGuard uses Retell AI to process chat messages and browser voice conversations. Retell’s agent storage is set to “Basic Attributes Only”, which limits the conversation data stored in its account. The chat widget also keeps a resumable chat session in your browser’s local storage. You can clear that browser storage to remove the local copy. Voice needs your browser’s microphone permission; you can deny or revoke it in your browser. If you prefer not to use AI, email info@valeguardhygiene.co.uk or use the quote form.

Sharing and retention

We share information only where reasonably necessary to deliver our service, meet a legal obligation or use a provider supporting our business. We keep information only for as long as needed for the relevant enquiry, service, legal or record-keeping purpose.
